Delivery Driver Job in Calgary, Canada

Delivery Driver Job in Calgary, Canada

Rentsync is a fast-growing, award-winning company that builds high-quality websites, marketing systems, and software for the rental and property management industry across Canada and the United States. Their services power thousands of real estate and rental businesses, which means this role supports a large, high-value client network.

This position is for a full-time Delivery Driver responsible for delivering and installing lawn signage at client properties across Calgary and nearby communities.

About the Role

This is not a sitting-around driving job. You will be the physical face of Rentsync in the field. Every sign you deliver represents the brand, so professionalism, accuracy, and reliability matter.

You will use a company-issued van to transport and drop off signage at client locations. The job allows flexible scheduling and can be completed during business hours or outside normal hours, depending on route and workload.

What You Will Be Doing

You will drive across Calgary and surrounding areas delivering lawn signs to customer sites. You will load, unload, and handle signage carefully to avoid damage. You will place signs correctly and securely while printing and attaching labels using a portable printer provided by the company.

You will interact with clients, property managers, and members of the public, acting as a professional representative of the company. You will also keep delivery records, report any issues, delays, or damaged materials, and perform basic vehicle inspections to ensure the van remains safe and operational.

Who They Are Looking For

This role requires someone who can be trusted alone on the road and on client sites. You must hold a valid Canadian G-level driver’s license with a clean driving record and be legally allowed to work in Canada.

You need to be comfortable driving in city traffic and in all weather conditions, including snow, cold, and summer heat. The job includes regular light physical work such as lifting signs, unloading them from the van, and placing them into the ground.

Strong communication skills are required because you will speak with clients, site staff, and the public when needed. You must also be comfortable using GPS, portable printers, and simple digital tools to upload photos and track deliveries.

Reliability and punctuality are critical. If you miss a route or a client location, it directly affects the business.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with previous delivery, courier, or field service driving experience will have an advantage. Familiarity with GPS or dispatch systems is also useful.

During the hiring process, successful candidates will be required to provide a clean driver’s abstract and pass a criminal background check.

Salary and Compensation

The salary range for this full-time role is between 48,000 and 52,000 Canadian dollars per year, based on experience and qualifications. The job includes the use of a company-issued van for all work-related driving.

This is a solid opportunity for someone who wants stable, full-time work, enjoys being on the road, and can handle responsibility without supervision.
