The company is a leading distributor and installer of insulation and energy-efficient building materials, operating through more than 450 branch locations in the U.S. and Canada.

Job Overview
As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, processing orders, coordinating with warehouse and delivery teams, and ensuring smooth daily operations at branch level. You will work directly with contractors, builders, and internal staff to ensure accurate and timely service.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support through phone, email, and in-person communication
Process sales orders, returns, and service requests
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery
Maintain accurate customer and transaction records
Assist with invoicing, documentation, and account updates
Support branch operations and resolve customer issues efficiently
Follow company safety, compliance, and service standards
Compensation
Hourly pay ranges from $13.00 to $30.00
Actual pay depends on experience, location, and role responsibilities
