Lylu Wear is a growing distribution-focused brand that supports customers throughout the full order and delivery process. The company operates a remote-first support model for its U.S. distribution team and is now hiring Customer Care Assistants to handle customer communication related to shipping, delivery, and order management.

This position is open only to residents of Ohio and is fully remote.

Job Location and Work Type

This is a remote position for candidates currently living in Ohio. Both part-time and full-time schedules are available depending on availability and workload.

Job Responsibilities

The Customer Care Assistant is responsible for handling customer inquiries related to orders, shipping, and deliveries. You will provide real-time updates to customers about their order status and work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve any delivery or order issues.

The role also includes documenting customer cases in internal systems, tracking follow-ups, and ensuring clear and professional communication at all times. You will be expected to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Experience

Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required. Applicants must have strong written and spoken English communication skills and be comfortable using CRM or ticketing systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, well organized, and able to work independently from home without direct supervision.
