Erie Home is currently hiring a Service Admin to support its growing customer service and installation operations.

About the Role

The Service Admin works as the main communication link between customers, installation teams, and internal departments. This role focuses mainly on handling post-sale customer communication while also answering general inquiries. The position also involves scheduling installation and service appointments and reviewing completed service work for accuracy and quality.

This role is suited for people who are organized, confident on the phone, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

The Service Admin provides customer support through both inbound and outbound calls while maintaining strong working relationships with internal teams, contractors, and leadership.
The role includes reviewing contracts with customers after a sale to make sure all details are correct.
Installation appointments are scheduled with customers and assigned to installation contractors.
Service calls are scheduled with local technicians when needed.
Completed service tickets are reviewed to ensure quality and accuracy.
The Service Admin acts as the main corporate contact for installation and service teams in the assigned region.
The role may also involve processing change orders and supporting company or department initiatives.

Requirements
