Job Overview

The Administrative Assistant will support daily front office operations and also handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and payroll-related tasks. This is a multi-skill position combining office administration with financial coordination.

The role provides exposure to senior management, including executives and leadership teams, and offers opportunities for growth into higher administrative or financial roles.

Key Responsibilities

The Administrative Assistant will handle daily office operations and provide administrative support across departments.

This role includes managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, processing employee timesheets and expenses, and preparing payroll reports for weekly distribution.

The employee will manage phone calls, emails, and company correspondence, respond to routine and non-routine requests, and support both customers and internal staff.

The position also involves organizing large volumes of information, coordinating with other departments, and working directly with high-level executives such as CEOs and Vice Presidents.

Additional duties include maintaining records, managing filing systems, sorting and distributing mail, preparing reports, and providing backup support to other office staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants must have a High School Diploma and 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.

Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or payroll is considered a strong advantage.

The ideal candidate can work independently, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information are essential.

Candidates must be comfortable using computers, phones, office equipment, and Microsoft Office applications including Excel.
