Home Health Focus AI connects customer service professionals with verified healthcare service providers. This opportunity is designed for people who want a structured, phone-based customer support role where accuracy, consistency, and professionalism actually matter.
This is not a vague “answer calls” job. You are the first voice a customer hears, and the entire service experience depends on how well you handle that first interaction.
About the Role
You will manage all incoming customer calls for a home healthcare service provider. Your job is to collect correct information, book appointments, and make sure no opportunity is missed. There are no voicemails and no delays. Every call must be answered, handled properly, and documented correctly.
You will also coordinate with technicians and internal teams so customers know exactly what will happen next.
What You Will Do
You will answer every incoming call and capture customer details without errors. You will follow a script exactly as written and provide clear pricing and next-step information. You will schedule appointments and route complex questions to the correct team members. You will also coordinate with technicians for daily scheduling updates.
This role requires speed, focus, and discipline. If you miss details, the business loses money.
Who This Job Is For
This job is for people who are calm on the phone, can follow instructions without improvising, and are comfortable being held accountable for performance. You must be punctual, responsive, and able to take feedback without ego.
Customer service experience is helpful but not mandatory. What matters is your ability to stay accurate, follow process, and keep calls moving.
Why This Role Exists
Home Health Focus AI only promotes verified healthcare providers who want reliable, high-quality customer handling. If you perform well, this kind of role often leads to better hours, higher responsibility, and long-term stability.
Administrative Assistant II – Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital

Backed by Sentara Health, the organization is known for high clinical standards, a patient-first culture, and strong investment in its employees.
This is a full-time, day-shift role based on site in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
About the role
Sentara is hiring an Administrative Assistant II to support departmental leadership and keep daily operations running without friction. This position is not basic clerical work. You will be the control point for communication, scheduling, documentation, and access to leadership. You will work closely with managers and senior leadership, including VP-level support, handling confidential information and high-priority tasks that require precision and discretion.
What you will be responsible for
You will manage calendars, meetings, and daily schedules so leadership time is used efficiently. You will handle phone calls, emails, and internal requests as the first point of contact. You will prepare reports, documents, and presentations. You will organize meetings, including room setup, catering, and technical arrangements. You will control access to the department and protect sensitive information. You will also support filing, data entry, and record management while ensuring all administrative activity follows hospital policies.
Who this role is for
This role is built for someone who can handle multiple tasks without losing accuracy. You must be comfortable supporting senior staff, managing confidential material, and dealing with a high volume of communication. If you are disorganized, slow to respond, or careless with details, this job will expose you quickly.
A high school diploma is required. A bachelor’s degree, executive assistant experience, medical office experience, and strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills give you a real advantage.
Why this job matters
Hospitals do not function on doctors and nurses alone. Administrative control is what keeps departments from collapsing under pressure. This role gives you stability, long-term career value, and exposure to senior leadership inside one of the strongest healthcare systems in the region.
What you get
Sentara offers one of the most complete benefits packages in healthcare. That includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, disability and life insurance, retirement plans with employer matching, tuition assistance, student debt support, professional development funding, and optional pet and legal insurance. Performance-based bonuses may also apply.
Equal opportunity
Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital is an equal opportunity employer and evaluates applicants based on qualifications and ability to perform the role. Diversity, inclusion, and professional respect are core to how the hospital operates.
This is not an entry-level admin job. It is a high-trust, high-responsibility position inside a major medical institution. If you can handle that level of pressure and professionalism, this is a serious career move.
