What You Will Do
You will design and build realistic customer service scenarios that help AI models understand how human support agents communicate. Your work will involve reviewing real or simulated customer interactions, labeling responses, and improving how AI systems handle customer questions, complaints, and emotional situations.
You will also audit AI-generated conversations, checking for tone, clarity, accuracy, and empathy. When problems are found, you will document them and help the product and engineering teams improve how the AI learns.
Another key part of the role is using your customer service experience to train AI in conflict resolution and de-escalation so it can handle angry or frustrated users more effectively.
